1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. OpuLuxe Dubai reserves the right to decline orders for any reason.

1.2. Please ensure the accuracy of all information provided during your online purchase as changes or address modifications cannot be accommodated once an order has been dispatched.

1.3. To assist you in selecting the correct size, please consult our Size Chart for product size and measurement guidance.

1.4. Following order placement, your nominated payment method will be automatically charged, and you will receive an order confirmation.

Price of Goods

2.1. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.


3.1. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, or Paypal. The total debited amount will include the goods' price and shipping charges at the time of order placement.

Credit Card Security

4.1. OpuLuxe Dubai employs the electronic payment gateway, PayPal, for secure online credit card processing, ensuring transaction details are protected from online interception. Your full credit card details are processed solely by PayPal.

4.2. Personal information is encrypted via a 128/256bit SSL connection to prevent unauthorized access. We do not store bank or credit card information; it is saved by our payment gateway provider, PayPal.

4.3. OpuLuxe Dubai is not liable for damages or losses resulting from fraudulent or unauthorized credit card use.

4.4. We are not responsible for any computer equipment damage arising from viruses, spyware, or similar threats. Ensure your protective software is up-to-date.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Refund Exclusions

5.1. No Refunds or Exchanges for Specific Items: Headwear, undergarments, hygiene products, and sale items are non-refundable or eligible for exchange.

5.2. Refund Exclusions: No refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections. Note: Exchange is still accepted for both.

Process For Faulty/Damaged Items

5.3. Required Documentation: Provide an uninterrupted video while opening the parcel to showcase damage.

5.4. Return Initiation: Contact opuluxedubai@gmail.com with video evidence and proof of purchase for return consideration. If your return is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5.5. Return Conditions: Credit or refund for faulty items is subject to evaluation. Damaged items must be returned unworn with original packaging, tags, and labels in order to be considered for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Exchange Policy

5.6. Eligibility: Exchanges accepted within 14 days of receiving the product with proof of purchase. Returned items must be unworn with original packaging, tags, and labels. Upon receiving your items, we will assess their eligibility for an exchange. If they meet the criteria, we will credit your account, allowing you to make a new purchase.

5.7. Shipping Costs: Customer covers shipping fees for exchanges; product availability may affect exchanges.


5.7. Items do not come with a warranty.

5.8. Product color variations may exist due to digital communication.

Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Shipping is provided for all orders using Australia Post & DHL.

6.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days following payment authorization.

6.3. Allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

6.4. Shipped products are the customer's responsibility once dispatched.

6.5. Shipping charges may apply if orders are returned due to incorrect delivery addresses.
