All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Opuluxe Dubai is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect/invalid addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Opuluxe Dubai will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Opuluxe Dubai is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges for Specific Items: Headwear, undergarments, hygiene products, and sale items are non-refundable or eligible for exchange.
  • Refund Exclusions: No refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections. Note: Exchange is still accepted for both.
  • Required Documentation: Provide an uninterrupted video while opening the parcel to showcase damage.
  • Return Initiation: Contact with video evidence and proof of purchase for return consideration. If your return is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Conditions: Damaged items must be returned unworn with original packaging, tags, and labels in order to be considered for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Eligibility: Exchanges accepted within 14 days of receiving the product with proof of purchase. Returned items must be unworn with original packaging, tags, and labels. Upon receiving your items, we will assess their eligibility for an exchange. If they meet the criteria, we will credit your account, allowing you to make a new purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Customer covers shipping fees for exchanges; product availability may affect exchanges.
